Donation Refund Policy

At Project 180, we are deeply grateful for every donation we receive. Your support helps us create free, life-changing events for people seeking hope, healing, and transformation.

Because donations are used to fund these charitable events, and often allocated quickly toward planning and production costs, all donations are generally considered non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes or misunderstandings can happen, and we are committed to handling any concerns with integrity and compassion.

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• A donation was made in error (e.g., wrong amount or duplicate transaction)

• A donation was intended for a specific event that was later canceled

• A donor believes their gift was not used in accordance with an agreed-upon purpose

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your donation. Include your full name, donation amount, date of the donation, and reason for your request. We’ll review your request promptly and respond within a reasonable time frame.

All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Project 180.
